SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Key Responsibilities
1. Registering candidates
2. Viewings
3. Negotiating
4. Producing/obtaining/completing all required documentation in line with current legislation for tenancies
5. Processing applications
6. Dealing with Landlords and Tenants
7. Maintenance issues
8. Rent Checks
9. Rent Reviews
10. Inspections
11. Marketing on all portals
12. Photography
13. Excellent Customer Care
14. Deposit handling and management (DPS)
15. Board handling for marketing purposes
16. Efficient reporting of lettings progress on internal company software/documents
17. Weekly meeting with Lettings Director
18. Processing payments and fees on internal client account software (Payprop)
19. Setting up new landlords, tenants, beneficiaries. Adding relevant fees for new lets, etc. as per the terms of business with the landlord
You must be up to date with all current legislation, be a team player, and work closely within the lettings department. You must be able to see the whole lettings process through from the very start to the end.
Minimum Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the lettings industry, specific to lettings negotiation
2. Experience in working on industry CRM systems
3. Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for working hours (mileage paid)
4. Positive attitude
5. Strong self-management capabilities in time and workload
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary up to £27,000 per annum
Bonus paid for new fully managed landlords obtained (unlimited)

No Saturday working required (unless emergencies)
