Duties and Responsibilities
* Use of our case management system, working in line with set procedures.
* Manage and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other enquiries from clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
* Be the friendly first point of contact for new and existing clients, providing them with information and guidance on our services.
* Keep client files and records up-to-date and accurate, making sure everything is easily accessible.
* Help draft and send out legal correspondence, including letters, emails, and official documents.
* Coordinate with legal staff to ensure client communications are handled efficiently and effectively.
* Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
* Support the new business team with any additional tasks as needed.
* Track and follow up on client cases to ensure deadlines are met and clients are kept informed of progress.
* Collaborate closely with other administrative staff and legal professionals to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive work environment.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of team procedures.
* Make a fantastic first impression on our clients as the friendly face (or voice) of the firm, showing them our commitment to excellence and making a real difference from day one.

Required Skills:
* Great verbal and written communication skills.

* Professional attitude and able to work well under pressure.
