Reed Bristol HR is excited to be partnering with an established company across the UK and Ireland. We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to cover maternity leave on a 12-month FTC.
The role will require on-site presence in Bodmin where you will have the opportunity to assist with the following:
1. Design and execute a site HR strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Provide exceptional employee experiences throughout the entire lifecycle.
3. Implement Group policies and industry best practices.
4. Foster a culture of high performance and talent development.
5. Lead training initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
6. Collaborate with the Group HR team on people-focused initiatives.
7. Support strategic workforce planning.
8. Mentor and develop the site management team.
9. Deliver timely people metrics to enhance communication and drive performance.

Ideally you will have the following experience:
1. Experience as a HR Manager or similar level within Manufacturing.
2. Experience managing a team of up to 7 people.
3. Qualified by experience or CIPD Level 5 Qualification.
4. Forward thinking, ambitious, and innovative.
