National Account Manager – Retail Consumer Electronic -Headphones, Projectors, Speakers Basic £50,000- £80,000 doe Candidates residing in Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Borehamwood, Harrow, Watford, Uxbridge, Slough Welwyn Garden City, Wembley, St Albans, Uxbridge, Harrow, Richmond Brookwood is recruiting for a National Account Manager to join the team, focusing on expanding both new and existing retail distribution channels. This role requires strong experience and established connections a solid understanding of the consumer electronics (CE) retail market is essential, along with a proven ability to drive significant growth in the field, demonstrated through a history of successful retail partnerships with major outlets. The ideal candidate would have experience with headphones, speakers, and projectors, Preferred Accounts you have worked with - JLP, HN, Very, Euronics, and Irish accounts. Key Qualities Needed: The ideal candidate should be a proactive, driven individual with a "hunter" mentality, passionate about advancing the business. Also worked within Consumer Electronics Products Primary Responsibilities: Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with key clients via phone, email, text, video, social media, and in-person meetings. Business Planning : Develop product and promotional strategies for each account in alignment with internal goals and KPIs. Customer Relationships : Establish effective contacts within customer organizations, including commercial, buying, supply chain, store support, and operations teams. Negotiations : Handle pricing, product range, and promotional discussions for each account, securing internal approvals to meet Net Sales and Operational Profit targets. Forecasting and Budget Management : Ensure weekly updates of forecasts, sales data, and budget management, while monitoring account performance. Operations Coordination : Collaborate with the operations team to fulfil forecasts, minimizing aged stock. Reporting and Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate records, reporting to the Sales Leader and other departments. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance. Market Intelligence : Gather market insights, including data on industry trends, product standards, and competitor analysis. Supply Agreements : Negotiate terms with new and existing customers. Travel Requirements : Regular travel to meet clients and attend industry trade shows as required.
