Location: Remote (expected to work Eastern Time Zones) Employment Type: Full-time Your Mission Provide stellar assistance to the Finance Team while ensuring the seamless management of accounting processes for our UK sister entity. You will leverage your analytical skills to achieve our impact objectives, support other organizational strategies, and play a vital role in managing consolidation and intercompany transactions. What You’ll Do As a resourceful, driven, and positive team member, your intellectual agility, logical problem-solving approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key. Your responsibilities include: General Accounting & Bookkeeping Perform routine data entry for accounting records, including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable. Verify accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely and accurate recording. Review billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy. Assist in report generation and distribute accounting reports as directed. Consolidation & Intercompany Transactions Manage intercompany accounts and ensure accurate reconciliations across entities. Process intercompany transactions and settlements, ensuring compliance with policies. Assist with consolidation processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting for the UK and US sister entities. Monitor intercompany balances and prepare necessary adjustments. Administrative & Financial Support Respond to financial inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate transaction issues and errors to improve processes. Maintain organized financial records and document processes. May assist with answering messages and other related administrative tasks. What You’ll Bring Capable of facilitating journal and ledger entries. Demonstrated expertise in intercompany transactions and consolidation processes. Ability to document and process accounts receivable/payable transactions, including payroll. Proficient in operating MS Excel, Google Sheets and accounting software (preferably QuickBooks and Sage). Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information in compliance with regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Comfort with ambiguity and resilience in a dynamic remote environment. Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate with global teams. Qualifications Strong financial and accounting expertise with a degree in Accounting or equivalent required; ACA/ACCA/CPA preferred. 3 years of experience in related fields. Experience with consolidation and intercompany accounting required. Flexible schedule with some weekend availability required.
