The Opportunity
We are seeking a Development Officer, with a track record of working within a Development Team within a housing or customer focused environment, or with experience within a professional construction environment delivering construction schemes. The successful applicant will support our two award-winning companies to make a real difference to people’s lives, homes and communities.
We work in partnership with Local Authorities and the Welsh Government to deliver a range of housing schemes that make a difference to people’s lives, homes and communities.
Are you:

* Able to provide an important part of the Housing Development function and support the West Development Team with tasks or suitable projects?

What you will be doing?
Using the WWH values, you will demonstrate effective skills and behaviours to confidently be a part of the Housing Development function and provide assistance and support to the development and wider teams. You will enable the delivery of services to our residents by providing effective Development support to all departments within the Group.
You must also be a good communicator and provide a high quality, friendly customer-orientated service.

Where is the role based?
You will work from our office based in Newcastle Emlyn (soon to move to Cardigan upon completion of Construction of our new Office). You will be supporting the Team in delivering Schemes in South West Wales (Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire) and it is essential that you are available to undertake your work in this area on a daily basis.
