Job Title: Personal Assistant to Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
Location: Westminster, London
Position: Full-time, Temporary (Maternity Leave Cover)
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and highly-organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide essential support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) during a maternity leave period. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to the smooth running of a dynamic school environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work effectively with data systems, and have a professional and approachable manner. You must be proactive, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the Headteacher's and SLT members' diaries, scheduling meetings and ensuring the Headteacher is well-prepared for engagements.
2. Provide high-level administrative support to the Headteacher and SLT, including attending and assisting in meetings.
3. Organize and manage school events, ensuring seamless execution.
4. Manage data systems and school communications to ensure efficient operations.
5. Handle school communications, including emails, the school website, and the weekly school bulletin.
