Registered Manager - Supported Living (South Manchester)
We’re looking for anexperienced and passionate Registered Managerto lead our newsupported living homeinSouth Manchester, providing care and support for young adults with learning difficulties.

What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) - this is a must
* 3+ years experiencemanaging a supported living or residential care service .
* A solid track record of working withsocial workers, commissioners, and other professionalsto support residents.
* Strongleadership skills- you know how to motivate a team and create a positive, supportive environment.
* Agenuine passionfor working with people with learning disabilities and helping them build independent lives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing theday-to-day runningof the home, ensuring we provide safe, person-centered care.
* Building strong relationships withlocal authorities, social workers, and health professionalsto ensure a steady flow of referrals.
* Creating and implementingtailored care plansthat help residents develop independence and achieve their personal goals.
* Recruiting, training, and leadinga team who genuinely care about making a difference.
* Ensuring we meet allCQC regulationsand maintain high standards of compliance.
* Managing budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to keep things running smoothly.
