Field Marketing Coordinator
Penrith – Office Based/Hybrid
Are you looking for your first career opportunity in Marketing with a focus on local marketing planning and activation combined with working in a global environment?
We are expanding the UKI Marketing team and are looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator based in our UKI HQ in Penrith. Together with the team you will have an essential role to help strengthen Nilfisk’s position as a leading supplier of industrial cleaning equipment and solutions in commercial and industrial segments. You will support in driving the marketing approach locally in alignment with our strategy called ‘Business Plan’, reporting to the Field Marketing Team Leader – UKI.
Main areas of responsibility:
1. Implementation of local / regional campaigns on all platforms for both indirect and direct channels, such as brand, segment and product campaigns, third-party partnerships, account-based marketing, print media, and digital content.
2. Support on execution of new product launches, developing and activating marketing campaigns focused on new product launches, including email marketing, online advertising, social media, and events to target end-users and dealers.
3. Generate local content including customer case studies and articles to ensure global activities resonate with a local audience whilst capturing local trends to further drive demand to meet Marketing KPI’s.
4. Engage cross-functionally to plan, manage, and execute dealer marketing initiatives and tools driving scale, efficiency, and increased dealer participation.
5. Localise and validate marketing materials received from Global Marketing.
6. Coordinate and participate in tradeshows and events, including planning from start to finish and ensuring that objectives and goals are met.
7. Responsible for the ordering, coordination, and distribution of local marketing inventory (e.g., brochures, POS, merchandise).
8. Help build a results-oriented culture tracking and monitoring KPIs working towards a higher ROMI. Support in communicating marketing performance to commercial functions.
Desired competences:
1. Degree in Marketing with relevant work experience as a generalist marketeer.
2. Experience in a B2B environment in a global organisation would be an advantage; however, it is not essential.
3. Interest in gaining experience with digital tools – CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, PowerBi.
4. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Commercially minded and driven.
6. Project Management skills with attention to detail.
7. Ability to work to a high standard to meet deadlines.

The role is based in our office in Penrith, although hybrid working of two days a week may be possible after training. The hours are 37.5 hours a week, office hours Monday to Friday.
