Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the mechanical aspects of the project from pre-construction review to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications and schedules.
2. Work closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
3. Monitor and inspect mechanical installations to ensure compliance with industry standards, project requirements, and regulations.
4. Track mechanical work progress against the budget, identifying and addressing any cost variations.
5. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety standards during project execution.
6. Address and resolve technical challenges, design issues, or site constraints promptly to maintain project progress.
7. Prepare and deliver regular updates on project status, including progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
8. Assist in the commissioning and handover process, ensuring all systems are tested and operational.
