What are we looking for in this position?
1. Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the managing director and management team.
2. Manage diaries, mailboxes and executive communications for the managing director.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and various other materials for internal and external meetings.
4. Oversee and streamline business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
5. Monitor and track the progress of various projects and KPI’s to ensure timely completion.
6. Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure collaboration and alignment across different teams and departments.
7. Identify challenges and proactively develop solutions to business obstacles.
8. Oversee and manage the purchasing requirements of the organisation.
9. Adhere to the company management systems and QHSES responsibilities as defined within the ‘overview and context of the organisation’ document.
