You will need to have: - Experience working as a Physiotherapist in learning disabilities orneurological services. Be able to demonstrate core skills and knowledge as indicated within the jobdescription. The ability to organise and prioritise duties and activities within the range ofwork allocated. Experience of supervising and allocating work to Physiotherapy staff. The ability to communicate effectively, record contemporaneously as perpolicy, devise and communicate effective interventions as per job description. The ability to work effectively as part of a community MDT while also being able to work using own initiative. Ability to form & promote positive relationships with service-users with a learning disability. Ability to remain calm under pressure and challenging situations. Ability to work proactively and manage competing demands. Support the wider clinical team in managing and refining the core service delivery, reviewing quality standards and clinical developments associatedwith the specialism.
