Mac recruit Group require a Contracts Manager for our client, a UK leading customer focused manufacturer offering turnkey steel solutions. This role is based in their office just outside of Glasgow with regular throughout the UK.
Contracts Manager duties & responsibilities:
1. Review, draft, and manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications.
2. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and close-out. Ensure that projects are delivered within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication on project scope, contract terms, timelines, and any variations that arise.
4. Identify potential risks in contracts and projects, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure that any changes or disputes are resolved swiftly and effectively.
5. Ensure all contracts, variations, and amendments are properly documented and filed. Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
6. Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring that all financial aspects of the contract are closely tracked, including pricing, cost control, and invoicing.
