The Role:
As a key member of this growing team, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of client accounts. You’ll be involved in preparing financial statements, managing tax returns, offering advisory services, and liaising with clients directly. This role offers significant autonomy, enabling you to build your professional expertise while working closely with a supportive team.
Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements and tax returns, assisting with audits, providing advisory services, and supporting the development of junior team members. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns.
* Offer advisory services to clients on accounting and tax matters.
* Assist with audits and ensure client information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Mentor and support junior staff in their development.
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and legislation.
Skills & Experience:
* ACA/ACCA part-qualified or fully qualified with relevant practice experience.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
