Smith's Mitre 10 Mega is a family-owned Christchurch business which strives to offer exceptional customer service to every customer every time. This is your opportunity to join the Papanui store and be part of the team that strives to make our Papanui MEGA a number one destination for all trade and DIY alike.
We are currently seeking permanent full-time team members for our Papanui MEGA store. We are looking for Tuesday to Saturday in Hardware and Thursday to Monday in Seasonal, totaling 42.5 hours per week.
We need someone who can connect with our customers through great customer service and excellent product knowledge to ensure the customers leave inspired, confident, and equipped to complete their DIY projects.
We are looking for individuals with:
1. Enthusiasm and team spirit
2. Good time management
3. A quick and alert mind
4. Willingness to learn
5. A true team player
6. Physically fit as some lifting is required
7. Sales experience and solid product knowledge relevant to these departments would also be a real advantage
