What’s the role?
Working for Murray Uniforms based out of our Coventry and Warwick warehouses and mobile across midlands based JLR sites, this role is to facilitate the delivery and distribution of workwear across multiple locations. Reporting to the Contract Manager, this is a varied role that will let you use both your customer service and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collection and delivery of workwear across multiple locations
* Order Processing & Order Query Resolution
* Processing returns & exchanges
* Order / delivery receipt, tracking and notifying customer of garment arrival
* Measuring associates that fall outside of standard size range should made to measure garments be needed.
* Ensuring an excellent customer experience in line with our Legendary Service ethos
* Submission of reports and KPI information within timescales
* Act as Murray point of contact on site
Your Background and Experience
* Computer Literate: knowledge of excel, outlook etc.
* Full UK driving license as there is a requirement to drive a Murrays van
* Strong organisational skills
* Can do attitude
* Be multi-skilled
* Ability to work under pressure
