About the Role
London Gatwick is rapidly evolving, with a potential capital investment of £2.8Bn over the next decade to enhance and expand its infrastructure. We are looking for a Lead Digital PMO and Systems Manager to drive innovation and transformation within the capital delivery of construction projects at the UK's second-largest airport.
In this pivotal role, you will define and execute a Gatwick-wide Construction Digital PMO strategy, streamline processes, and integrate innovative technologies to enhance project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting to the Head of the Project Management Office and collaborating cross-functionally, you will leverage the expertise of your team and subject matter experts to develop and lead a comprehensive Digital PMO strategy.
2. Leading the development and implementation of London Gatwick's Information Management strategy using BIM.
3. Owning and developing critical digital project management systems that underpin capital delivery of construction projects.
4. Developing and overseeing the Common Data Environment (CDE) to facilitate seamless integration of project data.
5. Championing governance and compliance with project lifecycle Tollgate points.
6. Implementing a structured digital maturity model to continuously assess and enhance project delivery.
7. Leading and maintaining comprehensive capital project documentation procedures.
What We Are Looking For

As well as experience developing and implementing digital strategies, you will also have previous experience managing complex, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
1. A Degree/Post-Grad level or equivalent in a relevant technical, construction, engineering, or business subject, or equivalent experience in a project management role.
2. Demonstrable experience leading digital transformation initiatives within capital project environments.
3. Demonstrable experience of applying continuous improvement principles.
4. Proven leadership in driving digital transformation.
5. Experience with advanced IT systems and a thorough understanding of BIM platforms.
6. Demonstrable success in developing and maintaining project governance structures.
7. Knowledge of capital project procedural frameworks.
8. A clear understanding of digital maturity models.
