What the Role Involves
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll serve as the crucial link between candidates and clients, playing a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and managing high-quality transport and logistics professionals. You’ll ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain exceptional service delivery. Working closely with the Hub Manager and a proactive sales team, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment process and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
1. Creating and posting engaging job adverts to attract suitable candidates, as well as actively sourcing talent through various online platforms.
2. Sourcing, interviewing, and preparing candidates to ensure they are fully compliant and job-ready.
3. Developing and managing relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
4. Negotiating terms with new and existing clients while keeping client records accurate and compliant.
5. Providing on-call support as part of a rotating schedule shared with other team members.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
* At least 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in a temporary staffing environment, with a proven track record of success.
* A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with exceptional customer service skills.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
* A valid UK driving license.
