The Role
We are seeking to appoint a proactive and highly organised individual to join our team in a dynamic administrative and events support role. This is a varied position with plenty of scope to contribute across all areas of our business. Key responsibilities include:
* Administrative & Team Support
* Events & Hospitality
* Communications and Content
* Data and Systems
* Research & Business Development
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You’ll be central to the smooth running of the business and will have the opportunity to play an important role in supporting its ongoing growth.
The ideal candidate will:

* Bring a flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude to the role
* Posesss excellent written and oral communication skills
* Have strong proofreading and editing skills
* Demonstrate outstanding organisational skills, with capacity to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
* Thrive in a small team environment and under deadlines.
* Be confident using and learning digital tools and platforms, including database management, website management (Squarespace) and social media (LinkedIn)
* Be personable and confident engaging with clients, candidates and the Wild Search community throughout searches and at events – representing the company professionally and warmly
* Be hands-on and enthusiastic about making company events a success – taking ownership of every detail and contribute to the company’s reputation and developing its relationships
Terms & Conditions
Contract: Permanent
Salary: c£30,000 depending on experience with a pension contribution of 5% in addition.
Hours of work: 8.30am to 5:30pm – Monday to Friday, although some evening and weekend work may be necessary from time to time.
Full-time, or four days a week for the right candidate.
Working from home and office at 70 Cowcross Street, Farringdon.
Reporting to: Edward Wild, Managing Director
