This position is offered on a part time (16 hours per week), self-employed contract covering Croydon and Merton. (Hybrid role - 60% on street, 40% home/office based)
Main Duties
1. Investigating leads from the council about the misuse of blue badges
2. On street identification of blue badge misuse
3. Produce monthly reports
4. Arrange proactive operations with the police and other agencies
5. Prepare criminal cases for traffic offences or fraud
6. Attend court as a witness
7. Contract management
Essential Qualifications and Experience
1. Previous career within the police, including traffic law enforcement or previous experience as a civil enforcement officer
2. Computer literate (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word)

Candidates will be required to undertake a DBS check
