Deputy Home Manager
Pay rate: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Excellent additional benefits!
Location: Carlton, Nottingham
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm - fully supernumerary
Time Recruitment is looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join a newly acquired and renovated care home in Carlton, Nottingham.
The group is a family run business by passionate and innovative individuals, the service has been heavily invested into having had a new PCS system, decor and training endorsed for all existing and new staff.
We are looking to grow our managerial team to achieve the best outcomes and assist with the day to day running of the service; you will be supported as a Deputy Home Manager here by a experienced clinical lead and nurse qualified home manager.
The service has 77 beds when full across 2 buildings and is occupied with 34 residents at current and your role as Deputy Home Manager is to assist with assessments and promote clinical excellence within the service.

Requirements for the Deputy Home Manager role:
- NMC Pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
- Minimum 1 year experience as a clinical lead/deputy home manager
- Understanding of MCA/DOLS
- Understanding of the key domains of care planning
- Elderly/frail nursing experience
