Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit an Out of Hours Operations Manager to work on our Yorkshire Water Repair & Maintenance contract in the Yorkshire Region.
As an Out of Hours Operations Manager, you will be part of our Out of Hours Team who are responsible for the Repair & Maintenance teams and support functions.
As the Out of Hours Operations Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include:
* Maintain a positive Health and Safety culture
* Ensure all areas of operational delivery meet client, customer, and company/contractual requirements
* Ensure all works are delivered within the relevant regulatory and client asset standards
* Ensure works are planned and executed considering all aspects of SHEQ
* Mitigating risks (Financial, Health, Safety & Environmental, Customer Complaints)
* Provide technical knowledge to facilitate the effective planning and scheduling for noticing
* Interpret Data to enable root cause analysis of failure to team level
* To maintain effective relationships with clients, Local Authorities and other third parties
* Utilise and interact with other team members and support functions to deliver the complete work basket out of working hours
* Monitor productivity and improve when required
* Ensure all feedback is completed correctly and all cost captured
* Management of plant under their control (including but not limited to) off hire/on hire and reporting and documenting any damage caused through neglect or misuse
* Carry toolbox talks/Competency Assessment/Investigation when required

Additional Information
* The working week will be 4 shifts Monday to Thursday. (4 Nights)
* The shift will start at 4pm, consisting of 8.5 working hours and a 30-minute unpaid break, finishing at 12:30am the following morning
