We are really excited to be supporting our Preston based client to further enhance their established Payroll and People teams. This role involves managing a large team including Payroll, Pensions, and Benefits, overseeing a payroll of circa 5000 with varying complexities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Payroll professional to join an organization open to taking the payroll, pensions, and Benefits function forward. Experience within the public sector would be desirable but not essential. 4. Managing performance of the team within an environment of continuous improvement
