About The Job Objectives of the Role As a result of winning the enteral feeding contract across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & Berkshire, a new Clinical Practice Manager (CPM) role has been created. The CPM is responsible for leading a team of Nurses in this area (specific geography for this role is yet to be finalised). Reporting to the Regional Nurse Manager; the CPM manages the local team both operationally and clinically, aiming to provide Best Care and reduce clinical incidents to zero. The CPM is responsible for coaching & developing the team, setting them up for success, ensuring they are confident and competent to provide excellent enteral nursing services in line with local contractual requirements. Key Objectives Are Day-to-day management of a field-based team of up to 10 nurses Being clinically confident and able to respond to customer clinical queries, including new clinical initiatives Being an active member of the Key Account Team(s) in their area, working closely with the Contract Account Manager(s) and Patient Services Regional Lead(s) Developing new services & projects, aligning with the Nutricia Homeward Nurse Leadership Team About You Senior nurses and nurse managers with experience of leading teams and developing relationships with Multi-Disciplinary Teams and other stakeholder groups looking for an exciting challenge; or sales and business development managers with a clinical (nursing) background will be attracted to this role. Energy, an ability to think and act quickly and a capacity for developing teams, managing customers and handling change is essential.
