Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Chef De Partie role located in Maidenhead. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, assisting the Head Chef, and supervising junior staff members. Daily tasks include ingredient preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills, including cooking techniques and food preparation
* Experience working in a professional kitchen environment
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Attention to detail and organization skills
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
* Experience working in fine dining establishments is a plus
