Job Description Location: Bracknell We are looking for a Release Manager to guide the software upgrades and changes through the right processes and delivery gates. Your role will involve the administration, production, and management of Release Management activities. The role involves working closely with the external 3 rd party and internal development and test teams, to identify release contents, produce release plans, hold deployment walk-throughs, help monitor and manage defects, create and manage change records, attend external Change Approval Board meetings, attend audits and help with the maintenance of master schedules and records. You will also be working closely with the Post Office and Fujitsu Teams that manage Post Office Ref Data related to Branches and Counters changes. Your Experience Previous Release Management experience, particularly working with 3 rd parties to release their software Demonstrate previous experience of creating Release Notes and records. Experienced with both Waterfall and Agile release processes. Understands defect management processes. Able to track multiple projects at the same time.
