We have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join a highly regarded national organisation in an ongoing temporary role, with completely remote working.
Working as part of the company's HR operation, you will play a crucial role in the Recruitment team and be actively involved in high volume recruitment processes for a range of vacancies in the healthcare sector. On a daily basis, you will actively seek new candidates through creating advertisements and placing them on a variety of websites, updating the company's online recruitment portal with progress and working with external recruitment agencies and partners. Arranging interviews and overseeing internal diaries, this role will require excellent organisational skills as well as a confident approach to communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
In this truly fast-paced and challenging internal recruitment opportunity, you will liaise with candidates regarding the status of their application, providing updates and offering feedback when necessary. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will ensure the smooth onboarding of new staff, including sending out offer letters and contracts, managing pre-employment screening, setting up new starters on the internal HR system and acting as a main point of contact as new staff are transitioned into the company.
For this exciting and rewarding role, you will need to have previous internal or agency recruitment experience, ideally from within the healthcare or wider care sector. You will need to be used to working to strict deadlines and be adept at dealing with high-pressure situations, juggling priorities in a calm and collected manner. With outstanding interpersonal skills, you will be skilled at liaising with stakeholders at all levels, comfortable working with an array of IT systems and confident working in a remote setting.
