Role: Indirect Sourcing and Supplier Manager 80k Location: Basingstoke (hybrid working) Salary: Up to £80K Excellent Benefits Package 1st Executive are seeking an Indirect Sourcing and Supplier Manager on behalf of a high-profile, organisation who are transforming their internal business model through a period of corporate modernisation. This is a fantastic role with an organisation who are actively encouraging innovation and creative solutions that will help to ensure the business is able to meet its growth ambitions Role: As Indirect Sourcing and Supplier Manager working with the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Procurement strategy, ensuring that the business develops strategic alignment and partnerships with suppliers, to drive innovation opportunities and early insight for general indirects, Operations, and mobile applications. You will oversee key commercial, contractual, and performance aspects of external supplier agreements. A crucial role in proactively driving value with stakeholders and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with Procurement policies and third-party risk management requirements. Remit: Lead commercial and complex sourcing strategy for Indirect category including opportunity and risk identification Lead negotiations with key Indirect suppliers and lead regular supplier business reviews Lead and implement projects to support savings delivery and risk mitigation Engage senior level stakeholders, building and maintaining strategic relationships across the Indirects business partnering Ownership for key contract financials Overseeing key commercial, contractual, and performance aspects of external supplier agreements. Manage large scale multi-million Indirect Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities. Support Head of Category Procurement members to develop and implement a Strategic Spend Experience: Experience in Indirect procurement full life cycle sourcing and category management, including in-life contract management. Familiar with negotiating and driving value from Tier 1 suppliers and strong Supplier Relationship Management experience (SRM). Strong commercial experience with the ability to influence decision-making at the managerial level. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the proven ability to engage and influence at all levels, including C-suite level stakeholders. Demonstrate confidently engage with Senior Managers, explaining complex ideas. Ideally demonstrating experience of working in a regulated industry sector Degree qualified.
