Your Mission:
As our Sales Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our revenue growth and market expansion. You'll:
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of SDRs and Account Executives
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets
* Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine our value proposition
* Analyse sales data to forecast trends and optimize team performance
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales department
What You Bring to the Table:
* 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding team sales targets
* Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and emerging trends
* Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
* Data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance management
