Now, we’re looking for our next results-driven Account Manager with a strong technical background to help us manage and expand our client base, which includes Global Blue-Chip Technology Companies. What You’ll Be Doing
Client Relationship Management
1. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring top-tier customer delight.
2. Understand clients’ business needs and challenges to provide tailored technology solutions.
3. Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities through strategic client engagement.
4. Conduct regular business reviews to align our offerings with customer goals.
Business Development & Sales Growth
1. Develop and execute strategies to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
2. Prospect and acquire new clients through networking and industry expertise.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals and solutions.
4. Lead contract negotiations and exceed revenue targets.
Technical & Industry Expertise
1. Leverage your technical knowledge to communicate MooodyCow’s value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to position MooodyCow as a trusted technology partner.
3. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.
Collaboration & Reporting
1. Partner with marketing, product, and professional services teams to align client needs with MooodyCow’s offerings.
2. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client activity in CRM systems.
3. Provide regular updates to senior management on key accounts and business development efforts.
What You Bring to the Table
Ideally 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the technology integration or IT services industry.
Strong technical background with knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and system integration.
Proven ability to build and grow client relationships while exceeding sales targets.
Desire to succeed both internally within MooodyCow but also with your customers too.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience using CRM tools and sales management software.
PMP, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
