Job Title: Customer Services Assistant (52 Weeks)
We are currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant 52 Weeks to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience.
2. Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service.
3. Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image.
4. Handling cash and operating the cash register.
5. Complying with Health and Safety regulations.
