Here at Halcon, we are looking to recruit a Full Time Deputy Manager to join our busy 19 bed residential home for younger adults with physical disabilities.
Halcon is a CQC outstanding rated home over 2 consecutive inspections; to reach this standard and maintain it, we are looking for a special individual that brings energy, fun, and enthusiasm to the role along with a professional approach, commitment, loyalty, and flexibility.

Join our Halcon Team, part of the Somerset Care Group, in Taunton. Our tailored service provides support to people with physical disabilities.
To apply for this role, you will need to ensure you have:

* Demonstrated a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
* Experience in the line management of staff.
* Good IT Skills.
* Level 4 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to complete it.
