Job description
AMS are recruiting for Customer Service Administrators on behalf of our client, NatWest Group. We are looking for motivated and engaged candidates to work with NatWest in their Sheffield office on a temporary 6 month contract.
In this role, you will be delivering successful customer and business outcomes through investigating queries, supporting business processes, policies and procedures and understanding customer and business needs.
* Pay rate: £13.15 per hour (paid weekly)
* 35 hours per week
* 6 month temporary contract
* Location: High Street, Sheffield (100% onsite)
* Start date: 3rd February 2025 (flexible)
* Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
The role
The key aspects of the role will be the releasing of charged security for Business and Commercial customers used by the Bank to secure lending. This includes but is not limited to:
* Reviewing Bank systems to ensure there is no outstanding debt in the name of the customer
* Updating external sources to remove our charges and sending correspondence to customers to advise that the charge has been released
* The manual sorting of files and some light office based admin duties
Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities
* Make sure processing is performed accurately by you or the team as per the approved procedures, and within an agreed turnaround time.
* Actively participate in initiatives to improve customer service, processes and procedures
* Deliver successful customer/business outcomes by processing/authorising/investigating all transactions to defined key performance indicators and service level agreements and/or by accurately collecting the required information from customers/business
