Job Summary
Napoleons Casino HULL is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated full or part-time restaurant and bar Team Member to work as part of our team for our 100-seat restaurant and busy bar food and beverage operation.
Napoleons Casinos & Restaurants are operated by a privately owned UK family business, The A&S Leisure Group, with over 50 years in the leisure and hospitality sector.
As a member of the restaurant/bar team, you will play a big part in making sure that each service runs as seamlessly as possible and provide the high standards expected by our guests. You will be required to work evenings and weekends, just like the rest of the team. Full-time and part-time positions available; hours to be discussed in the interview.
You must be customer service focused and committed to providing a helpful, friendly service. Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail are essential. The ability to prioritise your workload is a must. An individual with a pro-active stance towards problem solving, who displays a positive attitude and calmness under pressure, is exactly what we are looking for. Experience isn’t always necessary, but a big personality and willingness to work hard is. You must possess the ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet, and use your own initiative.
