Key Responsibilities:
* Raising and issuing sales invoices.
* Chasing overdue debts to ensure timely payments.
* Posting purchase invoices through AutoEntry software.
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
* Assisting with any ad-hoc duties within the accounts department as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an accounts role; construction industry experience is advantageous.
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong numeracy skills and experience working with financial data.
* IT literate, with a solid understanding of Excel and other accounting software.
* Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a part-time role.
