Receptionist
Our client is looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive person to join their customer service team in Dorking. The role will involve frequent contact with customers, insurance companies and other internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for an individual that has a proactive approach to issues and a can-do attitude.
Details:
* Based in Dorking
* £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
* Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
* Saturday 8am - 12pm (once a month)
* 23 days holiday + bank holidays
Job Specification:
1. Welcoming customers upon their arrival at the site.
2. Answer all telephone calls and direct onto the relevant department.
3. Input all notifications of new work from our work providers onto the management system.
4. Update manufacturer Portals.
5. Create and send out guarantees.
6. Cover the Customer Service team when needed.
Person Specification:
1. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
2. Must have a full driving license.
3. Customer service skills.
4. Professional telephone manner.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication.
6. Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
7. Proficient in MS Office.
8. Comfortable working as part of a team.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
