This is a pivotal role, providing high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the efficient operation of the office of the Chief Executive and the Directors. What you'll be doing Be the right hand of the Chief Executive - managing their inbox, prioritising communications, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper to their time. Lead the way in preparing for high-level meetings, from briefings and agendas to travel plans and logistics. Stay one step ahead, anticipate needs, take proactive ownership of follow-ups, and support the smooth running of corporate management and committee activity. Represent the office with professionalism, liaising confidently with elected members, senior managers, external partners, and stakeholders. Provide reliable, proactive support that ensures seamless operations in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
