Job Description
● Preparing all breakfasts to a high standard for our hotel guests
● Assisting in the daily preparation of MEP for breakfast and lunch
● Ensuring stock within the business is managed to the agreed levels consistently and professionally, in conjunction with the Head Chef
● Liaising closely with the breakfast supervisor to ensure a smooth breakfast service
● Ensuring temperatures are taken in accordance with Food Policy
Qualifications
● Keen, enthusiastic, well presented and has a sense of urgency
● Have a passion for food and the hospitality industry
● Ability to work unsupervised
● A team player who communicates well with all colleagues
● Has their own transport
