As a future Client Service Manager, you will report to the Head of Wholesale Client Service, CORE UK, and you will be part of AXA IM Core Client Group.

To be an active part of the extended Sales Team by providing highly dedicated service and support to Sales Managers, whilst dealing proactively and reactively with clients from leading Discretionary Managers, Family Offices, UK IFAs, Platforms & Life companies.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
* Predominately client-focused role to include arranging client meetings with Fund Managers and hosting in the absence of the Sales Manager. Act as liaison point for clients with Fund Managers and Product Specialists.
* Participation in external and internal client event planning, attendance often required. Undertake outbound call campaigns promoting and following up on AXA IM events as well as lead generation and new/existing client profiling.
* Answer and investigate fund specific/client queries via incoming calls/emails and efficiently respond and/or resolve in a timely manner. Provide fund performance figures, market updates, and competitor analysis to clients on request.
* Have a good understanding of our current fund range and learn new strategies when launched to help with client discussions, meetings, and query resolution.
* Work with the sales team to ensure all key client data; opportunities, events, and activities are added to the CRM tool. Ensure client profiles are accurate and up to date. Work closely with the Head of Wholesale Client Service to help enhance the team’s digitalisation efficiencies.
* Proactively use market data providers' information to report on fund performance and comparisons for the sales team on a regular basis. Produce and analyse monthly client data such as fund flows and AUM to better understand our client’s needs, generate sales leads, and opportunities.
* Facilitate and prioritise the completion of RFI’s with the relevant teams.
* Work closely with local and global Compliance/Legal/TA Oversight/Finance teams to ensure that all regulatory/client requirements and processes are met, including AML/KYC requirements, facilitate the completion of legal agreements and correct set up/amendments of AMC rebates.
* Ad-hoc project work driven by business requirements.

Your qualifications and experience:
* Experience providing sales support to external clients.
* Experience dealing with direct client contact via calls, emails, and events.
* Experience working in a Wholesale/Retail fund distribution environment.
* Experience with various projects and sales/call campaigns.
* Previous exposure to the sales process is desirable.
Your knowledge and skills:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* General knowledge/interest in the economy and financial events.
* General knowledge of compliance and risk.
* Familiarity with systems including Salesforce, FAST, SharePoint & all main MS Office products.
* Excellent team player.
* Proactive self-starter.
* Flexible can-do attitude.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Ability to multitask, set priorities, manage deadlines, and address business needs.
