Your mission:
As the Sales Analyst you will provide the local Sales and Finance teams with value-added reporting and solutions regarding sales operations in the ESC regions. Providing intelligent analytical commercial proposals to enable sales growth and back-office efficiency.
This role is based out of our Sales and Marketing Office in Watford, UK. As flexibility is key to a modern lifestyle, this role also comes with three days WFH.
What you will do:
1. Business Intelligence for Sales operations for the ESC regions:
o Within the Sales Analysis team to develop, create, automate, and implement ad hoc and official reporting for ESC direct sales regions. Strive to remove the need for local sales teams to use sales resources for sales reporting.
o Support for T1/2 targets and rebate tools for the Sales teams, Customer sales reporting, customer target tracking.
o Closely work with other internal parties such as CRM, Business Planning team, Head of Sales and Sales leaders and other Epson entities to achieve best in class solutions.
2. T1/2 Direct partners performance management within ESC regions:
o Support the management of the customer life cycle from creation through to termination.
o Control and support the internal business cycles in terms of evaluation, benefits, target achievement, calculation, and payment (Target to Pay).
o Closely work with local sales management to track performance and system conditions against R3 targets.
3. Support the ESC direct sales end-to-end commission process and any relating communication, in line with the EMEA Commission Scheme policy and other internal guidelines.
4. Engage in projects internally and across EMEA to develop internal Epson best in class solutions. Actively try to join professional/external groups to look for trends and opportunities for Epson to improve all the sales operational reporting.
5. JSOX:
o Manage and maintain all process and procedure documents to ensure full compliance.
What we ask for:
1. Previous experience in SAP / SAP BI, Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI.
2. Advanced Excel skills.
3. SAP SD/FI knowledge including table level detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, including experience in dealing with all levels of management, and different functional departments.
5. Experience in international sales transactions and reporting requirements.
6. Able to make informed, educated decisions, under pressure.
7. Experience in working within a multinational company.
8. Demonstrated experience in improving and implementing processes.
9. Good written and spoken local language and English.
10. Self-starter, able to motivate yourself.
11. Demonstrated analytical skills.
12. Attention to detail.
