Key Responsibilities: Providing tailored care and support to SEND students to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Assisting students with personal care needs as required. Promoting independence and confidence in students’ daily activities. Role Requirements: A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service. The right to work in the UK. Previous experience as a care assistant or similar role, ideally within an educational or SEND setting. A caring, patient, and empathetic nature. Ideal Candidate Attributes: A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEND. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Resilience and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. A proactive attitude and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
