At Rehability UK, we are offering permanent positions with guaranteed hours and flexible shift patterns, as well as Bank Worker contracts. Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability) to live their best possible life. We never stop striving to provide friendly, professional, and inspirational services that we’d want to experience ourselves The service is situated in Evesham with four people we support. One female with Down Syndrome, one Male with Autism, one Male with an Acquired Brain Injury and one Male with Down Syndrome and Autism. All the people we support have a learning disability. Two are verbal and two are non-verbal, so it is important that the successful applicant can apply themselves to ensure they cater to various communication preferences. The successful applicant will be undertaking personal care, taking the people we support out on activities and to attend appointments, ensuring the upkeep of the service doing things such as washing, cooking and cleaning. The staff team are very friendly and varies in ages. We have five members of the team, including myself (Team Leader) and then a Manager. The current staff are very experienced and have known the people we support for extensive periods of time, with the newest member of staff working in the service for 2 years.
