JOB TITLE: Administrator - Customer Services
LOCATION: Tolvaddon
SALARY: £13.48/Hr
DURATION: 3 months

The Role:
* Customer service role, raising repair orders for tenant properties
* Providing a first point of contact service for callers
* Offering an efficient, responsive, and accountable administration service.
* Working with customers and colleagues in a fast-changing environment.
* Fulfilling data entry tasks
The Candidate:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Understanding of call centre environment
* Experience of office procedures
* Great communication and administration skills
* Ability to maintain accurate records of information
SUMMARY:
This is a full-time role, working 37 hours a week over 5 days.
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.15pm.
This is initially a 3-month position.
A DBS check at Enhanced – Adult/Children level is required for this role.
