National Electrical & Instrumentation Contractor that works in the following sectors Oil & Gas / Chemicals, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Mining, Power & Renewables, Industrial & Manufacturing, Commercial & Retail. Job Details E&I Superintendent / Supervisor required for a large battery storage facility project in Essex The main function of the role would be assisting the Construction Manager to execute and monitor all E&I works, ensuring all aspects of the works are carried out in the safest manner Managing the installation and testing of Electrical, Instrumentation, Communications, Telecoms and F&G systems Supervising the Electrical (HT/LT/MV/LV) installation and testing works and the Instrumentation certification and installation works Experience in trouble shooting of E&I system/program, ensuring ITP Compliance, document compilation and coordination with other Building Services, ensuring safety compliance Labour productivity including the management of Foremen, Chargehands and crews with on-going field inspection to ensure quality of works delivery Review Method Statement of Works and preparation of FLRA’s with crews Perform FAT and SAT inspection, system line check, field instrument checks and certification, calibration, functional check, Loop check and respective testing, system walk-down, line check and punch-listing Provide an interface and co-ordination with Client / QP representative Role Requirements: E&I Trade background Battery storage facility experience is advantageous but not essential / Min 5 years’ experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical or heavy engineering experience Familiar with a fast track and permit to work environment Well versed in the interpretation of engineering construction drawings to review Vital will require the following to progress your application • 2 Work Related References • Proof of right to work in the UK (visa, passport etc) • Any relevant qualifications If you do not hear from us within seven days, then your application has not been successful on this occasion.
