We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Product Portfolio Manager to lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of our product portfolio aimed at transforming education systems. As the Product Portfolio Manager, you will lead the successful development, delivery, and evaluation of our product portfolio. This role involves strategic planning, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on product management to ensure successful delivery of the product portfolio and product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on an innovative and impactful product strategy for the Partnership: Develop and communicate a clear product portfolio vision and strategy aligned with market trends and customer needs. Lead and embed a suitable governance structure for the Product Portfolio.
* Translate strategy into action: Responsible for developing and delivering on the Partnership's Product Strategy by managing, monitoring, and evaluating the portfolio of products to drive desired commercial and strategic outcomes.
* Drive and manage the product lifecycle: Lead on all processes in the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, roadmap development, delivery, and product launch.
* Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration: Establish and manage complex relationships with external partners, clients, funders, and senior stakeholders. Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure the quality and success of the product(s).
* Contribute to Partnership strategy: Lead on shaping the Product Strategy within the overall Partnership for Education Strategy.
Candidate Profile
As our next Product Portfolio Manager, you are passionate about leading and developing products throughout their lifecycle. You have good knowledge and experience of working with product, change, or project management methodologies such as Agile. You excel in interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
