We’re looking for a Product Consultant to take on a crucial role within Civica’s LG Division Services Team. You’ll work with a range of customers and products, ensuring smooth implementations of our Transend Fleet Management and Delivery Management solutions. What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver expert consultancy services for Civica’s Transend products, providing top-tier technical advice and training Implement and configure Civica software in line with project guidelines, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Use your technical skills to administer MSSQL databases and create SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and triggers Support customers in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing issues and ensuring resolutions Identify and act on opportunities to offer additional products or services Produce high-quality documentation for both internal and customer use Collaborate closely with project managers, account managers, and customers to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle Provide excellent customer service, managing queries and escalating issues where needed Requirements What You’ll Bring: Experience in software implementation, preferably within a software house or the transport sector Strong SQL skills and knowledge of database administration Expertise in Microsoft Server and IIS configuration Ability to gather requirements and work closely with customers to ensure successful project delivery Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal A positive, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland to support customers Benefits Why You'll Love Working with Us As a company, we're passionate about what we do and the citizens we serve.
