Order Processor
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £25,000 per annum + excellent benefits package!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30. 1 hour lunch.

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Order Processor to join our client's growing team. You will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring smooth processing from order placement to delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.
* Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to confirm order details, availability, and delivery schedules.
* Maintain order records, updating databases and tracking shipments.
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve any order-related issues promptly.
* Generate and manage invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering as needed.
* Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order management software.
Experience in order processing, sales administration, or a similar role is beneficial.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
