Cargowise Process Analyst
We are seeking a Process Improvement Lead with advanced expertise in CargoWise, leveraging industry-leading technology to enhance our import/export and logistics services across air, ocean, and road freight. Key Responsibilities:
* Process Enhancement : Assist in departmental reviews with the business improvement team, understanding operational workflows, identifying repetitive tasks, and formulating solutions using CargoWise.
* Documentation : Record all requirements, background information, and proposed solutions.
* Solution Formulation : Develop strategies in workflow, reporting, task management, and custom fields within CargoWise, ensuring compatibility with existing processes.
* Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with relevant teams to discuss and implement solutions based on priorities, effectively communicating to non-technical operators.
* Implementation : Oversee the rollout of new processes, conduct trials, and monitor outcomes to identify areas for further improvement.
Skills and Experience:
* Advanced knowledge and certification in CargoWise (CCP - CargoWise Certified Professional).
* Strong communication skills, capable of engaging across all levels.
* Proven track record in process improvement with a collaborative, solution-driven approach.
* Ability to think critically, troubleshoot, and develop logical solutions.
