Monitoring and management of programme inbox, ensuring robust processes in place; Lead informal daily handover to team each morning as required; Management and distribution of emails with escalations as required; Coordination and support of NHSEI returns within required deadlines with management oversight from Senior Operations Programme Manager; Coordination of complaints and enquiries relating to the programme; Ability to use systems and processes relating to the programme, i.e. Foundry, NBS as examples; Full support and facilitation of meetings including producing and distributing papers in a timely manner, chasing outstanding actions and taking minutes as required; Ensure the programme has a rota in place for weekdays, on call working and Bank Holiday cover as required; Support all managers of the team in relation to the vaccination, immunisation and screening programme and wider inequalities agenda, and leading appropriate work areas within the programme; First point of contact for vaccination, immunisation and screening sites; Develop a Standard Operating Procedure for the Programme ensuring this captures any system changes, using version control; Support the senior team in embedding the vaccination, immunisation and screening programme within the wider system; The post holder will undertake reporting and analysis of information as directed by the Senior Operations Programme Manager to support delivery; Work with the BI team to inform any performance reporting and suitable reporting dashboards as required for the programme; Support the medical directorate in maintaining the programme risk register; Be responsible for arranging and facilitating workshops and training events as required; The Programme Officer will support the work of the medical directorate in delivering high quality, safe and effective care across care pathways within Joined Up Care Derbyshire whilst delivering Population Health Management, prevention, and the effective reduction in Health Inequalities; The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role.
