About the role: My client is looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join their team. This is a key role that will see you managing the pre-construction phase of high-end interior fit-out and commercial fit-out projects, ensuring seamless project planning and delivery. As Pre-Construction Manager, you will work closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to drive pre-construction activities, including tender preparation, cost estimation, and value engineering. You will also oversee the development of project programmes, risk assessments, and compliance to ensure all client requirements and industry standards are met.
